The terms of the House.
These introductory terms summarize the current reservation journey. They are not a substitute for founder-approved final sales terms or legal review.
Reservation requests
Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance or allotment. Requests are subject to review by the Founder. A reservation is not confirmed merely because a request has been submitted.
Reservation payment
The current reservation flow displays a $60 USD payment request after approval. Complete payment only through the payment flow presented by the website and retain the resulting confirmation. Any additional price, tax, shipping charge or payment condition must be disclosed and confirmed for the applicable order.
Availability, production and delivery
Availability, product specifications, production timing and delivery arrangements should be relied on only when confirmed for the applicable release or reservation. Website content should not be interpreted as a guarantee of an unconfirmed date or specification.
Cancellations and changes
A cancellation request must be submitted within 24 hours after successful payment. Eligible cancellations qualify for a refund of 30% of the amount paid. For a $60 USD reservation payment, the refund amount is $18 USD. To request cancellation, email founder@houseofdanielco.com with your reservation number and payment confirmation. Submitting a request does not mean the refund has been completed; completion must be confirmed by the payment provider or the House.
Final terms
Governing law, dispute handling, statutory consumer rights, liability provisions and the effective date require founder and legal review before these terms are treated as final.
