Cancellations & refunds.
A cancellation request must be made within 24 hours after successful payment. For an eligible cancellation, the refund amount is 30% of the reservation payment. For a $60 USD payment, that amount is $18 USD.
Before payment
A reservation request is reviewed by the Founder. Payment is requested only after approval. Submitting a request alone does not confirm the reservation.
After payment
Submit your cancellation request within 24 hours after successful payment and include your reservation number. Eligible cancellations are subject to a refund of 30% of the amount paid. A $60 USD payment therefore corresponds to an $18 USD refund.
Requesting assistance
Keep your reservation number and payment confirmation. A cancellation request is not confirmation that a refund has been completed. The refund is not considered complete until its status is confirmed by the payment provider or the House.
